DENTAL CROWNS

Broken or unsightly teeth can be capped by dental crowns. These tooth-shaped casings are customized to fit over a damaged natural tooth or a dental implant. Oftentimes, they’re made of porcelain or ceramic to blend in seamlessly with your natural tooth shade. In our office, we utilize CEREC® technology to fabricate and place your dental crown in a single visit.

DENTAL BRIDGES

For those plagued by gaps left behind by missing teeth, a dental bridge may be the solution for you. Dental bridges consist of two or more dental crowns with false teeth placed in between. Your crowns will be permanently cemented to the teeth surrounding your gap and the false teeth will fill in the empty space.

DENTAL IMPLANTS

Dental implants are small, screw-like posts that are surgically placed into your jawbone. After placement, they fuse with your jawbone and serve as a replacement tooth root. Implants are the foundation for the dental restoration of your choice—including a crown, bridge, or even a full-arch denture.

FULL & PARTIAL DENTURES

Though they’ve been a method of tooth replacement for years, advancements in dental technology have made dentures more comfortable than ever before. Partial dentures are used when you still have teeth remaining in your gum line, while full dentures are used to replace an entire lower or upper arch.

TOOTH EXTRACTIONS

While we hope to avoid a tooth extraction, sometimes they’re necessary. Rather than referring you out to an oral surgeon, we perform extractions completely in house. We do everything we can to make your surgery as comfortable as possible and promote a speedy recovery.

ROOT CANAL THERAPY

Many patients are intimidated by the thought of a root canal. However, it’s actually a simple procedure and most patients return to their daily tasks the very next day. The process consists of removing the infected pulp of your tooth, cleaning the canal, and sealing it off to prevent future infection. If your tooth needs additional support, a dental crown may be placed.

TOOTH-COLORED FILLINGS

For cavity treatment, we use composite, tooth-colored fillings rather than traditional, amalgam fillings. Not only do they blend in with your natural tooth, but composite fillings are mercury-free and have proven to be safer for your overall health. Your filling will be applied in layers and cured with a special light.
